The problem

Turn your people's presentation anxiety into presence and influence.

Your best people hold back in the moments that matter most, whether it is the pitch, the proposal, or the difficult question. Adrenaline takes over, scripts sound robotic, and credibility suffers.

This workshop works on the psychology behind performance, so your team learns to redirect nerves into energy and show up with presence when the stakes are high.

Who this is for

Designed for high-stakes communicators and those looking to fight off nerves

Leaders delivering proposals where client trust directly impacts revenue.

Creatives and account leads held back by nerves, relying on scripts, or playing it safe.

Future leaders needing executive presence when the stakes are high.

Working with fewer than 5 people? One-to-one coaching gives individual attention on the same themes.

What we'll cover

Six modules, grounded in psychology

01Understanding presentation jitters
  • Why do we get nervous before presenting?
  • What is actually happening in the brain and body?
  • The relationship between adrenaline, attention, and performance
  • Why trying to “calm down” can sometimes make things worse
  • Reframing nerves as energy and readiness
02Presentation anxiety
  • Fear of judgement
  • Fear of forgetting what to say
  • Fear of being challenged
  • Fear of losing credibility
  • Imposter feelings and perceived expectations
  • The psychology of being “on stage”
  • How self-focus can interfere with performance
03The Martial Arts of Presentations
  • Don't fight the energy - redirect it
  • Use pressure rather than resisting it
  • Stay present rather than predicting what might go wrong
  • Recover quickly when something goes off-script
  • Maintain control without trying to control everything
  • Turn an audience challenge into an opportunity
  • “Flow” rather than perfection
04Psychological techniques for presence
  • Pre-performance routines
  • Attention-control techniques
  • Breathing and physiological regulation
  • Cognitive reframing
  • Anchoring
  • Managing the first 60 seconds
  • Recovering from mistakes
  • Handling unexpected questions
  • Techniques for maintaining presence under pressure
05The Rule of 3
  • Why people process information more effectively in structured groups
  • Creating memorable messages
  • Structuring arguments
  • Making recommendations
  • Building persuasive narratives
  • Using 3 points without creating “death by PowerPoint”

FAQ

Questions decision-makers ask

How long is the workshop?

It is an 8-hour workshop. You can take it as one full day, two half-days, 2 hours a week over 4 weeks, or a custom schedule.

Can it be tailored to our team?

Yes. Every workshop starts with a scoping call so examples, scenarios and emphasis reflect your industry, your people and the challenges they face.

How many people can attend?

We run it for large departmental and cross-team groups as well as smaller teams. For fewer than 5 people, we usually recommend one-to-one coaching instead.

Where is it delivered?

On-site at your offices, at a venue of your choice in Malta, or across Europe. Online options can be discussed on the scoping call.

What happens after I enquire?

A member of our team gets in touch to book a short scoping call. We then send a tailored proposal, and once agreed, schedule delivery around your calendar.

What are the outcomes?

Participants leave understanding what happens to them under pressure, with practical routines to manage nerves, a structure for memorable messages, and techniques for staying present in pitches, client meetings and senior stakeholder conversations.
