LEAD consists of highly interactive theme-based workshops, personality profiling and individual coaching sessions. It also includes a number of assessment instruments that enable participants to gain a high-definition picture of their strengths as well as areas of development. The group and individual sessions are based around three core leadership dimensions that are essential to effective leadership. These are: Awareness of Self, Leading Teams, and Navigating Organisations.
While highly customisable to various levels of leadership, LEAD has a core framework and a minimum of one personality profiling test, six workshops, and four coaching sessions are recommended.
