Joanne is a training and development facilitator and psychometrician with specific expertise in psychometric personality, aptitude, and ability testing. Joanne also manages the operations of PsyPotential as the operational lead, overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the team. Joanne has experience in human resources and corporate advisory services, which include training, executive recruitment, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and career advisory support.

Joanne focuses on designing and delivering bespoke training programmes in the areas of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, assertiveness, self-confidence, leadership, presentation skills, and other interpersonal and intrapersonal skills which are important for effective communication amongst teams. Joanne also develops and supports HR projects, as well as assessing and interpreting the results of various psychometric assessments for clients in diverse industries such as Aviation, Blockchain, and iGaming.

Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Malta and a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester. Joanne is certified in professional psychometric assessment and interpretation and holds an award in HR, Employment Law and New Technologies from the Academy of Business Leaders.
