Proprietary methodology

The psychological tools behind real behavioural shift.

These frameworks are not products you buy on their own. They are the practice-based models we use inside our solutions - so every coaching programme, workshop and leadership intervention rests on a proven method, not generic theory.

How they fit

The engine under the hood of every engagement

You buy an outcome - aligned leaders, engaged teams, a culture that speaks up. The frameworks are how we get you there.

1. Diagnose

Each framework starts with a clear question and, where relevant, an assessment - so we act on evidence, not assumption.

2. Intervene

The model gives structure to our coaching, workshops and programmes, tailored to your people and context.

3. Embed

Shared language and simple tools help new behaviours stick long after the session ends.

Coaching & Change

Change Readiness Compass

"What is preventing change from happening?"

A diagnostic we use before and during transformation to pinpoint exactly where change is stalling - so effort goes where it will actually move people.

  • Awareness - do people understand why change is needed?
  • Desire & Commitment - do they want it and will they act?
  • Strategy - is there a clear, credible path forward?

In practice

We run a short online readiness assessment across the affected teams, then share a readiness heat map, risk analysis and practical recommendations with leadership.

Formats

  • Online readiness assessment
  • Heat map & readiness score
  • Leadership recommendations debrief

  • Choose a constructive response
  • Commit to a first concrete step

Starts with an anonymous audit and benchmark report, followed by the level of intervention your culture needs.
