Leadership

Leaders set the tone. We help them set the right one.

Leaders are often promoted for technical skill — not people skill. And leadership teams that aren't aligned quietly export their dysfunction to everyone below them: differing goals, ego, power struggles, low psychological safety. Our leadership transformation work fixes both the individual and the team.

How it works

Two flagship products, one integrated approach

Leaders set the tone of an organisation, and their influence is decisive for the business. But most leaders grow into their role because of excellent technical skill — while their people skills go unaddressed.

The second challenge is consistency. A leadership team that isn’t aligned leads its people in contradictory ways, and misalignment usually traces back to the same few causes: differing goals, ego and power struggles, cultural differences, and a lack of psychological safety.

Our leadership transformation work addresses both sides of that problem. LEAD develops the individual leader across three levels of seniority. LTAP aligns the leadership team as a unit. Most organisations use them together, sequenced so individual insight feeds directly into team alignment.

  1. Diagnose

We start with the current reality — leadership practices, personality interaction, trust and the specific tensions the team already senses but rarely names.

  2. Build self-awareness

Psychometric profiling and structured reflection give each leader an objective read on their strengths and blind spots.

  3. Align the team

A full-day away-day or two half-days works through relational dynamics: trust, healthy conflict, psychological safety.

  4. Embed and sustain

Facilitated sessions plus individual coaching turn the alignment into a single approach that guides everyday decisions.

Why it matters

Poor leadership practice is expensive, and it compounds quietly

Misaligned leadership teams produce low employee engagement and retention, reduced initiative and innovation, ongoing conflict and tension, and slow or poor decision-making — all of which land on productivity.

Our leadership transformation solutions address this from both an individual development and a team alignment perspective, giving leaders the tools and the support to become highly skilled, well-rounded professionals rather than technically excellent managers.

Flagship Programmes

Two programmes. One outcome: leaders who don't just perform — they align.

LEAD

Gives leaders a rare, structured opportunity to revisit their leadership practices and fine-tune their competencies.

LTAP

Leadership Team Alignment Process

A facilitated framework that starts with the relational dynamics of a leadership team — trust, healthy conflict, personality interaction — typically through a full-day away-day or two half-day workshops. It then works through six alignment components via facilitated sessions and individual coaching, giving the team a single, unified approach that guides every practice, decision and action going forward.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do we have to run LEAD and LTAP together?

No. Each works on its own. In practice, organisations who run LEAD first find LTAP lands faster, because leaders arrive already fluent in their own profile and preferences.

How long does a programme take?

LEAD runs as a structured series across several months, depending on level. LTAP typically starts with one full-day away-day (or two half-days) followed by facilitated sessions and individual coaching.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Individual coaching and profiling results belong to the leader. Only themes agreed in advance are shared with the organisation.

Strong leaders are built, not found.
