Assessment

Decisions about people deserve more than a gut feeling.

Every assessment we run is selected, administered and interpreted by licensed professionals, and every test-taker gets a full debrief and their own results — not just a report that disappears into an HR file. Used well, psychometrics replace guesswork with data at exactly the moments guesswork is most expensive: hiring, promotion, and team design.

How it works

Selected, administered and interpreted by licensed professionals

We provide a wide range of tests assessing personality, ability and intelligence — all administered and interpreted by professionals licensed and experienced in psychometric testing.

Every test can be taken online, and every test-taker gets a full debriefing session plus the results and profiles generated. Results are confidential unless the test-taker and the organisation agree otherwise.

The value isn’t the report — it’s the collaborative interpretation. Working through the profile with the test-taker produces an accurate picture of personality and stimulates genuinely productive discussion about behaviour at work.

  1. Clarify the goal

Talent acquisition, development, engagement or retention — the goal determines the instrument.

  2. Select the instrument

We match the assessment to the role, seniority and decision at hand, not to whatever is fashionable.

  3. Administer online

Straightforward, remote completion at the test-taker’s own pace.

  4. Debrief and apply

A one-to-one interpretation session, then a plan for how the insight feeds recruitment, coaching or team design.

Why it matters

Psychometrics add objectivity exactly where guesswork costs most

Psychometric testing gives you scientific data to support recruitment and selection, talent management, and career development and advancement. It’s also one of the most effective coaching tools available, particularly for building self-awareness and surfacing strengths and development areas.

Used properly, assessments let leaders complement people decisions with a higher level of objectivity — and catch reliable signals an interview process alone routinely misses.

The Impact

Objective data, where it matters most

For Leaders
  • Objective read on personal strengths and development areas
  • A sharper recruitment and onboarding tool
  • Scientific data that catches what an interview alone misses
For Teams
  • Real understanding of team dynamics, not assumed understanding
  • Appreciation for genuine differences between team members
  • Better adjustment and communication as a result
For Organisations
  • Objective, defensible data behind recruitment and selection
  • More transparency in career advancement decisions
  • Workforce-level insight into competencies like EQ and adaptability

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Who sees the results?

The test-taker always does. Sharing with the organisation happens only by agreement.

Can assessments be used in recruitment?

Yes — they give defensible, objective data alongside interviews, and are frequently used for shortlisting and onboarding.

Which test should we use?

That depends on the decision you’re making. See our which test for which purpose guide, or book a short scoping call.
