15FQ+

The 15FQ+ — a detailed picture of personality at work.

The Fifteen Factor Questionnaire Plus (15FQ+), published by Psytech International, is an occupational personality questionnaire based on the 16-factor model of personality. It is designed for use at work, in selection and in development.

Who it's for: Recruitment and selection, leadership development, coaching and career guidance — for roles at every level.
How it works

What the 15FQ+ measures

The 15FQ+ measures 16 primary personality factors (such as warmth, emotional stability, dominance and conscientiousness-related traits) and summarises them into the Big Five global factors: Extraversion, Neuroticism, Openness, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness.

It also includes response-style indicators that help the practitioner judge how candidly the questionnaire was answered. Reports can be generated for different purposes, including selection, development and team roles.

  1. Agree the purpose

Selection or development — this determines which report we use and who sees it.

  2. Complete online

Untimed, completed remotely at the test-taker’s own pace.

  3. Interpret

A qualified practitioner interprets the profile against the role or goal.

  4. Debrief

Every test-taker receives a feedback session and their results.
